Not a long wait at all. Provider was very pleasant and explained treatment plan very well. Also listened very well to what I had to say. As a suggestion though , don't put so many new patients on the providers, not their fault that they have to rush now to get to the next patient. We are charged a lot of money to see them. It's not fair to them or us to have them rush through our appointments, or have give them more time for each appointment.

Dr. Lo and her staff are professional, yet friendly, and attentive to my concerns and questions.

I had a follow after lab work but was told lab work need was not performed and I had to do blood work again why wasn't labs looked at before I arrive in order for it to be done before office visit. Once I go back to lab the tech asking me was I going to do urine when I just had it done the prior week. I'm like what do the paper say mama. I was told to do blood work for my a1c again she proceed to ask me so you don't want urine done today. So I done know if the receptionist didn't submit the correct paper or just the last request was just resubmitted.

Everyone I talked to were helpful & kind. I was very pleased with the entire process, from the nice lady I talked to on the phone, to the appointment at Aurora with Dr. Lo. Thank you.

Although lab results are shared quickly on Live Well, explanations are not always shared unless you ask on Live Well. A summary of results is greatly needed even if we have to wait a few days for lab results.
