If it had not been for the triage nurse contacting my provider, I would only have been able to go urgent care. But because of that triage nurse my provider was able to see me! No thanks to the run around that I had trying to make contact, and no thanks to your anti contact system!

I think that the scheduling could a better job of getting me in for my problem I never have had to wait so long to get in

Dr Lo was positive and encouraging. She saw me on very short notice and arranged for x rays, medication and physical therapy. Seeing her was a reassuring visit and that treatment need not take weeks to schedule. I found her to be amazing

I am very happy that I chose Dr Lo as my primary physician. Dr Lo is interested in listening as to why I ended up in her office, versus just making a diagnosis. I feel as if she genuinely cares about my health and I am not just another patient, I can't speak for others but I feel she treats every one of her patients like this, and in my opinion this makes her a fantastic physician.
