My longtime Physician retired this past year. I researched several new family practice physicians before choosing Dr. Jennifer Lo. I am so totally happy with my choice! Both the nurse/CA & my doctor were very professional yet friendly. I felt "heard" and that we have good communication. The representatives at the front desk are also professional and welcoming.
