Dr. Lo listens attentively and addresses my health concerns and questions, I never feel rushed or that she doesn't have time to listen or is running over time with me and is preoccupied with next patient waiting....she is a great listener and does a thorough evaluation and provides me with the necessary avenues, advice and medical expertise to manage my overall health and well being. Jennifer is approachable and down to earth yet very professional, she is not judgmental and gives sound medical advice in which I feel very confident with as well as confidence in medical expertise, I am very comfortable with her and her Medical Assistant.
