Dr Lo and her team are great communicators. They are efficient and yet make you feel like you are the only person in the building. They really know how to communicate to you and not at you and of course with plenty of humor mixed in too. Great people and great care!

She is caring, understanding, she doesn't rush the appointment.

Dr. Lo and her staff are away kind, and get back to you regarding question you may have in a timely manger. Dr. Lo's and staff are the best.

Very friendly

It was an intro visit. Dr. Lo is my new doctor since my PA retired. Dr. Lo was very attentive, a good listener. I expect a great relationship to bloom. Most of these questions are too early to answer.

Dr. Lo is an expert physician. She is always very kind and very understanding and answers all my questions. I would never want another physician to replace her. She is simply fantastic at her job and in her handling of her patients.

Dr. Lo is so reassuring and genuinely cares about her patients. Her manner encourages questions and she provides explanations clearly and concisely. I feel very fortunate to have her as my pmd.

I had a fun visit with Dr Lo. I had a concern and because my tests were all good, she wasn't too worried. She asked about my diet,exercise,breathing and heart and decided that I would make an appointment for 6 months but I would up date her in 1 or 2 months to let her know if my concern had stabilized. She said she had a plan for other tests that might shed more light on what was going on. I felt a lot better and my thanks to her for or listening and taking me seriously and developing a plan. A doctor visit doesn't get any better than that.
