Jennifer was very interested in my health and did not treat me like a number. She was recommend to me and I'm thankful for that.

I have never had a caregiver as personal and caring as Jennifer Frank. I've gone through several I couldn't continue with. . so glad I'm here now.

She talked to me about exercise, healthy eating, etc. from your previous question on this survey which was confusing about the past 6 months? I never felt rushed and hopefully she will be at your office for my next yearly visit. For the past several years that has not been the case at Aurora unfortunately.
