Dr. Frank was very patient with me during my visit. My son had experienced a seizure at school and was in the emergency room at the time of my appointment. She was understanding when I had to interrupt our conversation twice to handle a call regarding my son. Before leaving the room, she also took the time to say she hoped my son was ok. I am impressed!

Dr Frank was so understanding, compassionate and went out of her to look up support things in our area to help also. She was wonderful and the rest of her team and nurse

Jennifer Frank is very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. Please try to keep her & her team at Aurora. Aurora does not have a very good track record for retaining personnel in my experience with them for several years now.
