Great listener, very warm, engaging and caring

I got in earlier than my appointment time. My first time to see this doctor and I felt like I had been there before. Doctor looked me in the eye when talking to me, very professional.

Dr. Frank is awesome. Listened to my concerns and gave me options as to treatment. She is empathetic and a pleasure to work with.

This was the first time I saw her so she didn't know my history but she did by the end of the appointment. Her office didn't call in the last 6 months because I was seeing a different provider. She is very friendly and professional. I look forward to working with her in the future.
