Dr. Frank was very patient with me during my visit. My son had experienced a seizure at school and was in the emergency room at the time of my appointment. She was understanding when I had to interrupt our conversation twice to handle a call regarding my son. Before leaving the room, she also took the time to say she hoped my son was ok. I am impressed!
