Post visit I called the office with some additional information that was requested. It was late in the afternoon and I was put on long hold,I left a callback message and the nurse called me back around. I was satisfied with her response.

Provider walks in shakes my hand NEVER discussed BW just said HI and see ya back in 3 months...
