Though we both do not talk much , it went fine. I hope that is not an issue hahah. I am terrible with small talk and have not run into any issues with my medication so it was a very brief follow up appt.

System needs to be updated on reason for visit. They list several things that we discussed and one out of six is correct. Half of them are and have never been treated or talked about. They are listed on the after visit summary.
