From the receptionist to the Doctor all treated me with respect and kindness.
Dr. Santarelli and his staff are awesome. The thing that's missing is communication. I came in for a physical thinking it would be routine. You should be telling patients what to expect especially if it's as comprehensive as the physical, ekg, blood test and urine test. Now I need to do another urine test because i didn't drink enough water. Additionally, It would have been good to know my appointment would be an hour or longer.
Dr. Santarelli is the best doctor I have had in a long time. I've been with him a few years now, and I would not change. His staff is always very friendly and helpful, doctor knows my history, and knows what to do for me. He is truly caring and understanding. Thank you.
Excellent experience
I was put off by the recording and scribe in the appointment visit. Feel like that is overkill. I was in for my physical and I wasn't asked about any vaccines which I am over due for tetanus. There was no conversation about exercise, skin care, preventative care, etc. In the past I had to bring up when my last pap was (it done at an outside of the system) Dr. walked in the room asked if anything new or concerns which I had none. I except more out of my physical than a 2 minute visit. What a waste of time for us both. Upset I took off of work for that.

James is always helpful and refers me to the appropriate specialist when necessary. He's always professional and friendly.
