Dr Cretney and his Surgery Scheduler, Sara, could not have made this process any easier. They sent in all of the paperwork to FMLA so quickly and are going to bat for me more than I could ever expect when it comes to insurance issues. The surgery itself was great, and the recovery was much better than I expected. I will recommend Dr Cretney to anyone needing ENT attention. His professionalism, timeliness, knowledge, and empathy are second to none.
