Very attentive. Explained everything completely. Referred me to get another issue taken care of. Wish he was my doctor for all my medical issues.
This was just a follow up to a surgery that was 17 months ago, so no urgent health issues were happening and no big decisions were being made. However, Dr. Cretney is always attentive to my concerns, listens to me and has been very helpful in addressing my condition.

Went well. Listened to me and explained things clearly. Talked to me instead of staring at a computer the whole time. Was seen very quickly and the 3 month follow up (as opposed to 6 months or never) was reasonable and appreciated. Was encouraged to come back if problems worsened. I did not feel dismissed.
