Dr Cretney was great the last ENT specialist a few years ago was not.

Dr. Cretney was wonderful. My daughter ended up being very stubborn after she had bled (21 days post-op, no fault of the doctor's!) Dr. Cretney showed patience & kindness, and hung out after hours to make sure our daughter was ok after being treated a second time. He also checked in on us the first thing the next morning, to make sure she was still doing well. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and was always explaining things in a manner we were able to understand clearly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cretney for any ENT needs.

Cares tons about the patient and offers the same courtesy to the spouse and answers any more questions. Very down to earth, personable, knowledgeable, and HONEST! Thankfully, he understands how horrid a patient can experience pain from some major procedures. He takes steps that offers the patient a way to tolerate it and get some needed rehabilitate rest! Highly recommend!!!
