Nothing. I was very pleased with the care that my daughter got and that he was willing to work with Children's in Milwaukee in regards to her having tubes put in and willing to do the follow up.

Dr. Cretney is an amazing Dr., he explained things thoroughly the different sorts of treatments. He was so gentle when putting the camera in my nose and calmed my nerves.
