Donna Williams is the best doctor I've had she understands me and takes care of me. I love Dr Williams she gone be my doctor forever ??

I had an appointment for the doctor at 10:40 am and was finally called to see my doctor after 11:00 am. Then I was put in a room to wait for my doctor which took about a half hour. I don't understand why we are given an appointment and then not taken at that time. I don't have the time to sit around and wait. My time is valuable too.

My experience yesterday was very pleasant with Dr. Donna and Her Nurse!

The doctor and her staff were awesome! Unfortunately I have asthma, and when I walked into the other part of the clinic to test my blood, They were extremely adamant along with a security guard about me wearing my mask all the way on my nose. Very uncomfortable. But I guess that's just protocol inCook county.

This was my 1st visit to this facility and my introduction to Dr. Williams. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained what services are available, the hours and procedures. I felt comfortable when I left.
