Although I wasn't seen by my doctor until nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment time I do very much like and appreciate the care I receive from Dr. Williams. She did apologize for the delay and I also understand there just aren't enough PCP's to go around. Good doctors are in high demand and worth waiting for. Perhaps consider adding a cue to the LiveWell app to show the estimated wait time to see your doctor on the day of the visit, similar to how some phone systems tell you how long your wait will be based on the number of callers ahead of you.

Dr.Williams has a great bed side manner. She listens and gives relatable experiences with goals. Her Medical Assistant is very nice, patient and thorough. They value your time, and needs.
