I like the professionalism of Dr. Williams. She always listens to my concerns and requests appropriate testing to rule out any health issues.
My experience was very positive. I was satisfied with the doctor's assistant & the doctor. Im looking for to seeing that same Dr. Williams again. I appreciated her medical suggestions.

Love Dr. Donna Williams. I feel like shr could be a better Physician if she wasn't always over booked. She could definitely benefit from having atleast one more assistant.

My regular provider was to booked to see me, so I went to Dr. Williams to get me stitches out. She is a very nice person and seems like a good Dr. The wait time was over an hour. Everything else was good.
Several of my health concerns were not addressed. Was not prescribed a mammogram even though both my sister and my father had breast cancer. No response to me not being able to sleep. Was advised to put an analgesic on the lump growing in my right hand. No mention of diet or exercise to maintain health.
I was pleasantly surprised by the follow up call.
I switched providers for the same reason in the same office. They are in a hurry and don't really listening to you they are to worried about their notes and not about how I am feeling. Rushed me through question and told me to" get to the story" then ran out of the room literally yelling across the hall she ordered the X-ray for my chest. Then it took over 48 hours to get the chest X-ray back not the providers fault I get that but thank god it wasn't pneumonia but I left a message saying my cough is getting work making it difficult to get enough air and sleep she had nothing to follow up but the X-ray not back yet no advice no call back zero concern. I understand they are busy but I might as well go to urgent cares instead of my pcp because your not treated any better in fact it feels worse! I am still struggling with the cough and sleeping but will suffer through I guess what choice do I have. I will not go back anymore!
