I'm pleased that Dr. Williams shows that she is interested in your health/well being, unlike some doctors who are always in a rush. I am pleased with my services from her office.
First, I waited with my son in the lobby for 25 minutes before we were called, we're waited 50 minutes inside the examination room because it was starting to get late, it was 5:40, and went to check with the nurse if they were aware we were waiting in the examination room she said yes, but the doctor is busy with video call

The provider did her job well, the wait time was ridiculous. They give you an appointment and tell you to be there 15-20 early. Then you get their sit for a hour before they call you and then wait an additional 45minutes in the before you actually see the doctor. I have to reschedule my last appointment because, I got their and had to wait a 1hour and 15minutes so I just reschedule it. Something needs to be done about the wait time. Now the moment the patient is late they ready to cancel your appointment but expect you to see a hour or long every visit.
