It would be helpful if the doctor asked what is already known about a subject/illness before just explaining it to the parent like they are the child. The doctor utilizing Motivational Interviewing skills would be helpful.

Dr. Beno is very caring, compassionate, professional and kind whenever he sees any of my children. He's very thorough when presenting his information about my children's health care. His visits are always done in a timely fashion and makes sure all my questions are answered before exiting. I always learn something new about nutrition with Dr. Beno towards giving better care to my children. Thank you Dr. Beno!
