I would like to recommend that the automated phone call from Aurora (that comes a day or two before the appointment) be shortened. Having to listen to more than a minute of non-crucial information before being able to confirm the appointment is unnecessary.

We really love everything about this whole office, from the front desk, to nurses, to Dr. Beno. Wonderful staff.

I really appreciated that Dr Beno calls with test results (positive or negative) and allows for any additional questions to be asked at that time.

The visit was on time and quick. It was easy to get all the forms filled out for sports. All questions answered. Happy we didn't have to wear masks since we are all feeling well. After all the events of covid, we weren't sure what direction of health care we would take. But I'm happy to have the kids back for their well checks.

Dr Beno is excellent. He listens to our concerns and takes great care of our child.
