Waited 40 minutes past appointment to be seen. Was not told about xray prior to the appointment. Was told someone be back and was forgotten about in room till closed and nurse came in room for something and was found waiting. The nurse was confused why still in the room. Gave no instruction or information on what to do about the pain in joint just was told want another test done.
Dr. Andersen mumble his thoughts ?.
I still hate the travel distance to get to the facility and the sterile Sci-Fi environment. And get new scales that read in pounds not Kilograms. If I only weigh 79, then take obesity of my list of problems. Besides, all the Target mannequins are plus size now, so I'm the norm.
As a new patient I was taken back at the hour long wait for the Dr. to come in. The visit itself was also very quickly talked through and didn't feel like we were establishing a new patient/Dr. relationship. It felt very cold. The only plus was the drs. staff. They were friendly and warm.
Don't know when or if I should come back for a follow up appointment
I have had two appointments with this provider and will not have another. On both occasions I had an excess of a 45 minute wait and both occasions saw the doctor the first time for 5 minutes the second time for grand total of 3 minutes. I felt the second appointment was purely a money grab. I don't believe there was any need for me to have come back whatsoever especially after the amount of time that was spent with me evaluating my situation. I will not be returning
I waited almost an hour in the exam room to see the doctor. No apology or acknowledgement was given. I know there could have been an emergency that caused his delay, but the nurse could have told me he was behind.
My husband who has Parkinson's Disease fell and broke his hip. Dr. Andersen was very patient with him-explaining what would happen during the surgery. Very caring person and a great surgeon! The whole staff was great ani really appreciate all they did for us.
I had to wait to be seen it took them hour and half or more to for him to tell me that he couldn't do anything about my finger wasting my time and money that was a very bad experience
I'm thankful Dr. Dennis Andersen was on call the day I entered Auror E.D. with fractured rt. wrist/arm I would have to have asked for him - didn't care for a new orthopedic Dr at that time. I wanted the guy I needed. Had Dr. A several years ago for other hand ? surgery.
