I was treated like I was the only. Patient they had that day! All my questions were answered and I left feeling confident and hopeful that I was receiving the best care possible! Fantastic feeling.
2:00 appt, got out of office at 4:30. Doc running very late. No heads up.
Dr. Andersen came into the appointment, and never examined my wrist. I was referred by my primary care doctor. Dr. Andersen just looked at the MRI and said, well it should get better, otherwise it's chronic. He often talked over me, was left feeling very dismissed, confused, and upset.
He was thorough about what I needed to do, next course of action, etc with my shoulder. I like his straight forward style while still having a good bedside manner.
