Dr Andersen and his staff did an excellent job of explaining what was going to happen and what to expect from after the injections. Quality care is what Aurora is about.
My appointment was at 8:20am and I wasn't seen until 9:20am. I think that an hour wait is excessive for being the first appointment of the morning

It was done very timely
Appointment was for 4:00 was seen approximately 5:00. Doctor seemed to have his mind made up before even seeing me. I have multiple areas of pain. Wouldn't listen. Pushed the cyst problem. Have had other friends see him before, they were not satisfied with him.
This was my 1st time with this doctor and I felt he did a most excellent job in providing all pertinent information.
Had me wait for 30 minutes when my appointment was at 10, unprofessional in my opinion. I am a professional and my time is just as valuable as his, if not more. I would not schedule another appointment due to untimeliness and the doctor did not acknowledge his tardiness
