Generally pleased
Dr Andersen was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. He was personable and caring.
Aurora says they want you to be 15 minutes early for your appt but I waited for the doctor for 35 minutes after my appt time. Doesn't make sense.
This surgeon did an excellent job on my wrist. Very pleased with the way it turned out.
He was up front an didn't pretend to be able to correct the problem. I didn't like the out come but that is not his fault.
Dr. Andersen mentioned pt for my right arm. Yet I haven't been contacted by pt. Not sure if he sent the request or if it was up to me to decide if I wanted it. He also seemed to be a little annoyed when I was seeing him. Didn't get a good vibe from him.
Very efficient
Dr. Andersen has done 2 surgeries, one on each thumb. I felt he was the best choice for me since I had seen him before. We gave me the choices recommended and patient instructions for my thumb. He told me I had arthritis in both my thumbs which surprised me. My brace has all ready eased the pain.
Dr. Andersen and Staff are very kind and polite. They answer my questions and get back to me quickly.
