We were there about 1 12 hrs
Would like to know when the doctor is running a hour behind.
Referred to Dr. Andersen by my PCP, arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment as requested, however wasn't called until 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time. (45 minutes after I arrived) Doctor came in about 15 minutes later and spent less than 5 minutes, basically making me feel like I was wasting his time with my concern which was nothing per him. But if I wanted him to do surgery to remove lump it was my choice. Left confused as to if surgery was needed, why was the lump considered nothing and/or what other options are there to treat it. Overall, I felt he thought I was just wasting his time, showed no concern for my situation.
The nurses and support staff are simply the best!! We are always warmly greeted and treated with kindness. We also really appreciate the doctor because he has done a wonderful job. Very, very, very impressed with everyone!

This provider is very vague on providing the correct information and very vague about answering questions and doesn't give you more information on what to do with your injury. I'm very disappointed because I would have to call back and ask questions regarding my injury
First visit. Seemed nice and explained condition and my X-ray. Visit went long as I needed X-rays and he was running behind. It seems he takes his time with his patients and which is refreshing. Also liked seeing Dr directly and not a PA like other practices
He seemed annoyed if I asked too many questions but it could have been that I was interrupting him. Or that he didn't agree with the statements I was asking about ( likely medical myths)
