Dr. Andersen, seemed knowledgeable about what the problem with my hand was. I am glad I didn't have to make a second appointment to get the shots in my hand. I am hoping that this will take care of the problem.
Thank Everyone who helped me and especially toDoc Denny Anderson for the wonderful job on my broken arm.
The location is not ideal. Going to Hwy 165 or Hwy 20 is a toss up for drive distance. People are nice; but, I do not like getting a tag and electronic device and finding my own exam room. It is so impersonal. The process and the rooms feel like prison.
You could tell he was so pushed in time due to the surgery he had to go to. All appointment were lagging and behind. That's what I like about him. I would of wished he looked at my wrist to show I mattered to him just a bit.
While everyone was fairly pleasant to talk to, the turnover time is quite lengthy.
Very happy with my visit with Dr Andersen
My appointment was at 3:30, they told me to arrive at 3:15. Waited until 3:55 before I went to a room. Waited another 15-20 minutes before being seen by the doctor.
My experience was good.
When I arrived I had the necessary x-rays done immediately however it took another hour before I was able to see the doctor. Once I saw the doctor the review of my x-rays, diagnose and next step treatment went quick. His office was quick in calling me back to set up my surgery date.
Dr. Andersen looked over the Ex ray's and figured out what was best for my pain. Solved it
