Very knowledgeable but did not demonstrate empathy. Flat affect

Everyone was very friendly. I thought it was a little strange how you walk yourself to the room with a little tag telling you where to go.

He barely said anything to me. He came in and spent most of the time of my visit on the computer. I don't feel like part of my request was listened to. I felt disregarded. I will probably switch band doctors

Dr. Anderson and team are always a pleasure to work with. They are straightforward and work to get to the root problem and are always available should I have questions. I have never had a bad experience with them in my 5 years of treatment!

Guy didn't care acted like I was bothering him. If I was leaning towards surgery this guy wouldn't be cutting on me. Benefits of surgery weren't brought up, left feeling I wasted my time seeing this guy.

I sat in the waiting room for 50min past my scheduled appointment time. I was never once given an explanation nor an apology for the long wait. While the Dr obviously knew very well his profession he barely stopped talking during the appointment. We did not have a back and forth conversation. He was talking at me instead of with me. As this was my first experience with anything to do with orthopedics, I literally and repeatedly had to cut him off and interrupt him just to ask a question about clarification on certain things during his nonstop monologue.

Dr Andersen was outstanding.
