it was my first time at this location, directions where not included with the appointment, i wandered around for a while. when i located a staff member, their directions were ok.
The first time I saw her I was not impressed with her demeanor. She barely spoke and was distant. But I'm glad I gave her another chance when my issue returned as she was a different person. Explained why this particular issue keeps happening to me and that if my issue returns prior to our trip to Banff in September, that I should call and she'd take care of me right away!
Dr Zizzo and her staff are wonderful.

She's someone i really like. Blunt and to the point and I really like that. Office staff pleasant and knowledgeable also.
