The doctor did what needed to be done in a timely manner however, when I asked the front desk worker for a copy of the doctor's instructions to take home, I received a copy of my history only, even after explaining I am not good using computers to look this stuff up. I assumed it was an easy request so I didn't check through the paperwork provided to me right away and only found out later after picking up the medications. Then I had to look the information up through the LiveWell app and struggled with it until my wife got home and printed it off the app for me. Us baby boomers generally are not fluent with computers enough to have to find this information online in a timely manner. I understand my position is not the norm however, when asking for very basic and important specific information (which is quick and easy for them to provide), please provide that information. We all make mistakes and I take the blame for not checking the information prior to leaving but I do expect a little better attention from staff to be able to provide my doctors instructions prior to leaving the clinic. Printing out the instructions used to be the norm for Aurora, now it appears to be more of a turnstile to "get them in and get them out". I know that when I receive the bill, Aurora will expect me to get it right the first time in a timely manner!
This is for hospital need more bathrooms way too much walking.
She answered my questions, helped me understand why I was there and was a source of helpful information.
She is very understanding and have good listening skills.
She was quite knowledgeable ! She answered my questions and explained how the pain clinic might help and gave me a referral . They called the next day and set up an appt. Very pleased.
Not helpful or empathetic
