Ashley is always patient and very helpful. She wants to know how you feel about her decisions in helping you. I have only been seeing her this year and would highly recommend her.

Nothing more; very much appreciated getting in on the day I called. However, not at all pleased going through call center; Advocate Medical Group honestly needs to look at this process, very frustrating and not at all customer friendly or efficient.

The Doctor was awkward and has NO bedside manner. We've been with the that practice for over 20 years and this was the worst appointment we've EVER HAD.
Answer phone calls, provide RX to drug provider when needed. Will give prompt appt for health issues outside of yearly appt. Phone flow up good.
