I called for an appointment and received one in 3 hours. This was my first time seeing Dr Van Zant.

I was pleased that I could be seen right away and did not need to go to some out patient clinic instead.

I did not like going through a system where I spoke to a caller who then took info and notified a nurse who knew nothing about me, following protocol that wanted to send me to ER. If I would have been transferred to Doc instead of nurse would have been a lot more helpful. This new process is just stupid and wasting of my time. I insisted the doc be notified and it was amazing how things were taken care of and I did not need to sit in an ER for hours

First time I met Dr. Vanzant. She came in prepared and acquainted with my medical history, then really took time to get to know me. Great listener, warm, personable and professional. She was respectful of my needs and offered evidence-based advice aa well as helpful options. Could not ask for a better experience. I am so grateful.
