The phone calls to them were made through a answering service and I called at 9:39, 11:00, 3:30, and 5:30 before they finally got me through to someone at the doctors office. My doctor is the best but it doesn't matter much when the answering service doesn't get through to them. Their recommendation was to go to a nearby clinic. Advocate needs to do a lot better job

My primary care physician had recently retired and had been replaced by this new doctor. It would have been nice to have received this information earlier rather then being surprised when we come to the office. I must say, the new physician was very pleasant and a great addition to this group practice.

I can't say enough about positive things about Dr. VanZant. She is a compassionate, knowledgeable doctor who is an excellent communicator and involves me in my health decisions. I feel like she is invested in my health, and she provides very personalized care.
