This was my first visit with this medical provider and I was most impressed.

The phone calls to them were made through a answering service and I called at 9:39, 11:00, 3:30, and 5:30 before they finally got me through to someone at the doctors office. My doctor is the best but it doesn't matter much when the answering service doesn't get through to them. Their recommendation was to go to a nearby clinic. Advocate needs to do a lot better job
