Excellent primary care!
All of the people at the office, doctors and staff are all very friendly and helpful but I think it is a mistake by Advocate to have all calls going through a call center! I feel it is wrong to do business this way! Patients (your customers) feel like it is so impersonal and unfair that we can't even talk to someone that actually works at the location where we go to see the doctor. I do NOT want to have to go to an Urgent Care facility as I was instructed to do so by the Call Center. My wife and I have been with this practice for many years and we are very disappointed to be forced to deal with a general Call Center instead of the actual medical staff at the office! When the people that answer the phone don't even know who you are or even aware of the doctor you see, this is a problem. They didn't even know how to pronounce the doctor's name nor did they seem to care about the problem I was having! Again, I was just told to go to Urgent Care instead of being able to talk to a doctor or physician assistant at the office that I've gone to for years!
