April San Juan was professional, thorough, smart, but most importantly she was kind. She asked the right questions, listened, gave me a diagnosis and treatment plan and answered my questions with ease. Even though I was sick with cold, persistent cough and Covid like symptoms she didn't treat me like I had a plague. She shook my hand before wrapping up my office visit and looked me in the eyes and said most sincerely " if you need anything don't hesitate to call me." That resonated with me and when you're sick, not feeling your best that extra bit of kindness put me at ease especially when I couldn't see my usual Primary Care Doctor. April San Juan called me early the next morning after my office visit with test results and had great follow through. Always enjoy going to see April. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel listened to and like I mattered. I could have selected a closer offi d but happily travel 40 minutes to be seen here.
