April San Juan is a great health care provider!

I was recently diagnosed with a new condition which I didn't fully understand. I prepared a list of 8 questions which I needed answered. April San Juan fully answered them all, including making me comfortable about the course and future treatment of this condition. That was the purpose of my visit, and she fulfilled it.

April is professional, welcoming, and highly informative. Always a great experience seeing her and the team.

Advocate is a good and lovely place to visit when one has a problem with health. Their rate reasonable.

This is not about April San Juan It is about how hard it is to get appointment when referrals are made. The average I have experienced is 3-5 months. Not a good thing if one is having severe problems.

Great experience during my exam. My health care provider answered all my questions that I had about my health. My provider was cautious during my physical exam. My provider gave me a referral. Great resource. My Provider was kind and polite. I received my test results on time.

The web portal recommends showing up 30 minutes early, but the lobby is closed then. It would be helpful to see the lobby hours on the portal so it is easier to not end up sitting in the hallway waiting for it to open

The whole team made me feel real great about my journey with them thank you I cried tears of joy.
