The appointment with Dr. Cipolla was excellent. Getting an appointment through the advocate, central booking was impossible. I ended up going directly to the Brown Street office and requesting an appointment. In this case, I have only been told the day before that I needed a pre-surgical Clearance for cataract surgery. That was a bit of a surprise and necessitated the last minute request for an appointment. Advocate should improve its central booking or abandon it. I have never found it easy or convenient. It is much more convenient and personal to call the doctors office directly.
