The provider was great; the insurance navigation was not great...but I don't know how much blame the insurance company should get (but single payer would definitely solve that problem)

Dr Cipolla is one of a kind. Wonder doctor, wish they were all like him! Answering service is atrocious though, I've mentioned this before.

The doctors office is fine. I am not a fan of the scheduling system.

Dr. Cipolla and the nurses in his office are always wonderful. I feel that my healthcare is very well managed and I truly appreciate how they have helped me navigate a complex system.

Doctor was able to see me pretty quickly. Tried other types of visits prior without much success. Dr C is easy to talk to and makes the visit pleasant.

Dr. Cipolla is a carrying doctor who takes the time to listen to you and not rush through your appointment.

Dr Cipolla was SO easy to talk to about any of my concerns . He was very knowledgeable and calming . Gave me all the time I needed .I would definitely recommend!
