This was my first ever appointment with a good Shepard doctor so I arrived early as requested. I did my online pre check in and even paid my deductible. I wasn't called into a patient room until 45 min after my appointment time which was 1 hr after my arrival. I didn't see the doctor for an additional 15 min after I was in the patient room. I was forced to miss a large project at work because of the delay. I wish my time was valued even a small amount. An update from staff explaining the delay would likely have sufficed.

Dr. Cipolla is an excellent doctor because he listens to my explanation of my problems, and then answers any questions I have about the problem. He always gives a thorough examination related to the specific problem I am having, we discuss an immediate solution plus a long-term plan to treat chronic issues. In this latest visit, I was having lower lumbar back pain and he did an extensive range of motion and pain isolation process. We then discussed the options for immediate care and other treatment if required. He listened to everything I said and we worked together on things I could to minimize the pain. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Cipolla is the gold standard for health care. He is an extraordinary listener, he is very thorough and is a very genuine, intelligent and trustworthy doctor. My whole family and extended family sees him. I would also say his support team is fantastic!
