I had to call back because my blood pressure medicine needs be renewed. it hasn't been completed yet and I am currently out. I did talk with Advocate help desk to have delivered to pharmacy in Florida because I am traveling. Still not done yet.

I love my doctor but scheduling an appointment is the worst. No direct phone number to contact the Wauconda office when needing service right away. I've had a bad experience when trying to schedule a pre-op exam after breaking bones in my leg. I needed the exam asap as surgery was scheduled for the following week. The admin staff in the office could care less about my situation and were of no help whatsoever. Afterward, my surgeon tried contacting the Wauconda office through the call center as this is the only number available and was refused to be connected. I wound up having to go to another facility for my pre-op exam. I have several friends that use this location all having the same complaint.

He is always thorough and patient and he as well as the nursing staff provide excellent communication, they are very responsive to messages and always follow up. As always, my experience with Dr Cipolla was a good experience. Wait time in the waiting room was a bit long, but I was squeezed in due to my symptoms. Dr Cipolla was swamped with sick patients, due to the holiday. The nurse that took care of me could have had a better attitude as well.
