Our nurse was extremely rude. My child was scared and had a meltdown which I was trying to calm down. She did nothing to help and when she reentered the room did nothing to help. She was not welcoming nor did she make my child feel comfortable.
We really like the Aurora network and all the doctors we have met or chosen a long the way for our children. Dr. Alexander is great and is very good with our two children. He is good at listening and talking about any concerns or questions I have regarding their health or home life with them growing up. We don't have to come to Green Bay but we like him so we do!
Dr. Alexander is simply the best pediatrician in the area! He takes the time to listen, and truly cares about his patients!
We can never say enough good things about Dr. Alexander. He is incredibly respectful of our son and makes him feel comfortable. He talks to him as a person, and he doesn't ever speak down to him, nor does he ever speak in ways our son cannot understand. We are so fortunate to have Dr. Alexander as our pediatrician the past 7 years!
Dr. Alexander is a wonderful doctor. We consider him part of our family. We have been with him for years. He's always so kind and caring. He has taken excellent care of our children. That's 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandkids. I trust him completely

Dr. Alexander was great with my twin boys. He was able to calm down my twin who was anxious and by the end of the visit he was very trusting of Dr. he is amazing with kids!
As always, it was a great experience with Dr. Alexander. He is thoughtful, caring and I can tell he reads up on my son before the appointment because he brings up things we talked about in the past.
