Dr. Alexander's a wonderful pediatrician seen my child at the last minute & provided amazing care. I couldn't say enough great things about Dr. A & best pediatrician in the Green Bay Area.
As always, it was a great visit with Dr. Alexander. He is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and answers are questions in a thoughtful manner. He makes us all feel comfortable and I appreciate Dr Alexander as our pediatrician!

In my experience, Aurora consistently demonstrates great kindness and concern. However, I've noticed that the staff members who have performed blood work or administered shots to my child recently seemed slightly annoyed when my child became upset. I believe it would be beneficial if there was a greater display of empathy towards children who are distressed by such procedures, rather than appearing frustrated by their lack of cooperation. I kindly request a more sensitive approach in these situations. My child was cooperative, just upset and has some medical trauma from past experiences.
This visit was much better than our previous visit. Our nurse was much more kind and caring. She was professional and made my child feel more safe. We had a positive experience.
He is the best provider I have found so far. My daughter used to see Prevea and none of the providers were very nice or made me feel incompetent

Dr. Alexander and the rest of the team (his nurse specifically but I can't remember her name, which is unfortunate because I'd like her to get credit) are personable, informative and reassuring. I'm an anxious, first-time mom and he responds so kindly no matter what the question. He never seems in a rush and always gives detailed answers to my questions.
We love Dr. Alexander. He has incredible bedside manner and he always listens to us. He is truly an advisor, and he does not push parents out of their comfort zone. He has gone above and beyond from the first day we met him in the hospital with our newborn.
