Dr. Alexander has great bedside manner and always is creative with addressing the fears and anxiety that the kiddos have. He always is in a great mood, calm, and extremely patient.
The provider is great. My problem is with Advocate Aurora and the limited time they allow for providers to see patients. 15 minutes for a well child visit is ridiculous. It does not give them enough time to spend with the child or parents who may or may not have time questions. It makes the visits feel very rushed. Please think about changing your process.

I always enjoy Alexander, in addition I did really like the student NP that helped him out. She was very easy to talk to and listened carefully to my concerns
