The nurse I had was very unfriendly and barely spent any time explaining things to us or being friendly to my child. She never took my child's temperature and after her shots she was out of the room before I could even pick my child up.
Very kind and gentle with a very uncooperative non verbal autistic girl.
Dr. Alexander always takes his time and makes sure all our questions are answered. Makes sure our daughter is taken care of as if she was his own. Give's recommendations when asked.

Dr Alexander was great. We have both Aurora and Prevea Drs but the difficult of getting through and scheduling with Aurora on the phone or app make is incredibly frustrating. Please look at Prevea's system as a guide to better serve your patients. You already have excellent Doctors and nurses.
