Would have liked more time with the doctor for education and discussion.
Dr Shanti was amazing and very up front and helpful. I was quite disappointed that both the waiting area and consultation room had either food on the floor or discarded masks. I would have hoped for just a bit more clean and sterile like environment

Provider spent less than 10 minutes with me, started by introducing self and asking if I knew about the weight policy. Terrible bed side policy. Didn't ask about anything my husband and I had tried. Didn't have any suggestions for things to continue to try except to lose weight and then come back. Sadly, this is the only provider for RE within Aurora network. 100% could have been done by a video visit.

The doctor was not very friendly. It was disappointing for the situation
After scheduling and being provided a message that a link would be sent shortly, a link was not sent for roughly 20 minutes. Upon calling to ask for clarification and automated response said that there was a lot of volume and that a link would be sent shortly I don't know why an email wasn't sent right away containing that message. I ended up waiting a few minutes and didn't receive a text and then had three emails sent to me backdated. I tried calling into two of the links and ended up waiting five minutes before getting my call terminated this happened twice. There was no option to consult another physician and both times I had to abandon the call. Fortunately, I think the issue was going away for me on its own, but had it been something more serious it would've been extremely frustrating.
The Aurora Fertility team has been amazing to work with. I would recommend this team/location to anyone going through what I have.
