We had a very good experience today
Excellent front desk staff. Doctor Shanti and her nurses were knowledgeable and friendly.
Dr. Shanti was very abrupt and cold in her discussion and sharing of information. It did not feel hopeful or supportive. I did not feel comfortable during the appointment.
Dr. Shanti she read all my medical records and she even take a look at the test details and images I had done before, and tell me what I didn't know. That really impressed me that she is very serious about what she is doing and do all the homework about her patients. She cares about my condition and I felt I can really trust her for my fertility treatments, she is very professional and excellent in her field. Her team is also very good. Explained everything very clearly. Tell me what's next steps in details. I had very bad experience with insurance problems at other fertility centers. But it's not a problem here, it's my first time meeting their team member, they already check my insurance plan and coverage for me ahead of time, and they will take care of the PA and explained to me my deductible and coverage and I can contact for opinion on plans for next year. Everything is very easy. My husband and I thought it was lucky it didn't work out at other fertility centers, so we have the chance to come here and work with Dr. Shanti and her team. I was stressed and scared before today's appointment. I was afraid to go through what we experienced at other place again. but we are confident now, and we are excited to start our IVF journey.
On time and friendly staff
Dr. Shanti was very direct (in a good way). I appreciate having a solid organized treatment plan.
My spouse and myself left Dr. Shantis office very satisfied. She was personable, answered all our questions and made eye contact with us instead of typing on a computer during our initial appointment. We left the office very satisfied not only with Dr. Shanti but with all the nurses and staff. They really made us feel welcomed and that they could help us with our dream of starting a family. We look forward to working with Dr. Shanti and her team.
Dr. Shanti and staff were so friendly and very helpful. Everyone in office has the same goal to help you get pregnant. They made sure we understood the plan moving forward, and repeatedly asked if we had any questions along the way. I left feeling very good about the visit and plans we came up with. From the front desk staff who checked us in, to the nurse who first started the visit with going over mine and my husbands history, and to the insurance lady who went over all potential costs, we're allll so welcoming and lovely. I feel very excited to start this fertility journey with staff who care!
I felt like she was making all these decisions without asking me if it was what I wanted or if I felt like it was the right path to take. It felt kind of dismissive
She needs to be a little more personable. It seemed as though she was rushing towards the end and not really explaining things and just asked us to sign here initial here and that was all. This is all new for us and for someone to go more in depth or be more personable that would be awesome. Thanks
