Dr. LaMaster always is so professional and courteous, so happy to have him as my doctor!

My first attempt to to check in at the front desk and update my insurance didn't go well. The system charged me, but my insurance info did not get saved and the system did not update my check in status. As a result, I sat waiting for more than 30 minutes. Luckily a staffer came out to check for me since the system showed me as a no-show. I then had to go back downstairs and repeat the check in and insurance update. In all, I lost about 45 minutes due to these issues.

Dr Lamaster has been my PCP for a number of years now and I could not imagine anyone being better or more trusted at taking care of me. Great communicator & listener, responsive to my questions and reassuring and resourceful when I've had to navigate through some difficult health issues. I could not possibly articulate a higher recommendation for him. He's excellent.
