Dr. LaMaster and everyone else in the practice are excellent providers. I always feel well cared for and listened to. My concerns are always addressed with attention and compassion.

My first attempt to to check in at the front desk and update my insurance didn't go well. The system charged me, but my insurance info did not get saved and the system did not update my check in status. As a result, I sat waiting for more than 30 minutes. Luckily a staffer came out to check for me since the system showed me as a no-show. I then had to go back downstairs and repeat the check in and insurance update. In all, I lost about 45 minutes due to these issues.
